  • Water retention
  • impure skin
  • Circulatory problems
  • Abdominal pain
  • Underuse pressure sensation
  • Diarrhea / constipation

Do you also suffer from PMS?

You can support your body in dealing with premenstrual syndrome. Essential micronutrients play a particularly important role here, some of which have a great influence on your body's hormone balance and can therefore help to keep it in balance.

Many women suffer from their periods. We're talking about so-called premenstrual syndrome (PMS for short). This is actually not a rarity, but is estimated to occur in up to 80 percent of all women of childbearing age. Both the severity of the symptoms and the duration of premenstrual syndrome vary greatly from woman to woman.

To take this into account and help you deal with premenstrual syndrome, we have developed a special PMS formula. This consists of natural ingredients that can also have a positive effect on PMS treatment.

PMS Balance ingredients

  • Monk's Pepper: Each serving of our PMS formula contains 20 mg of monk's pepper. Studies have shown that, among other things, the essential oil contained in monk's pepper, together with the substances aucubin and agnuside, has a regulating effect on hormone balance.
  • Ginkgo biloba: The ginkgo is a tree species native to China, but now cultivated worldwide. Due to its special properties, various ginkgo extracts have been used in Asian medicine for centuries. Again, studies show that ginkgo biloba has a positive influence on PMS symptoms.
  • iron: In the human organism, the trace element iron is involved in numerous processes, including oxygen transport. A newly published study suggests that sufficient iron intake may protect against severe PMS symptoms.
  • Folic acid: Folic acid is also one of the B vitamins. The substance, also known as vitamin B9, cannot be produced by the body itself and is therefore vital, as it contributes to the regulation of the iron and vitamin balance.
  • Biotin: The substance biotin belongs to the B vitamins that are particularly important for humans and is also known as vitamin B7. As a component of the prosthetic group, it plays an important role in enzyme metabolism.
  • Vitamin D: Not for nothing is the "sun vitamin" also known as the "happiness vitamin. After all, vitamin D not only strengthens our immune system, but is also indispensable for the production of happiness hormones. This is also the reason why a sufficient vitamin D intake strengthens mental well-being, counteracts chronic fatigue and can eliminate concentration problems in PMS.
  • Magnesium: Magnesium plays a decisive role in human energy metabolism. It also affects the transmission of stimuli between nerves and muscles. A sufficient supply can therefore counteract symptoms such as fatigue.
  • Calcium: Calcium is the most important mineral for us humans in terms of quantity. After all, it is also responsible for the stability of bones and teeth. Scientific studies currently provide weak evidence that calcium intake can alleviate the discomfort caused by premenstrual syndrome.
  • Zinc: Zinc is one of the vital trace elements that our body cannot produce itself. As such, it is not only important for healthy bones, hair, skin and nails. Zinc is also essential for the eyes, the liver and a balanced hormone balance.
  • Vitamin K2
